The Music Academy awards for 2024

The executive committee of the Music Academy Madras announced the following awards for the year 2024.

Sangita Kalanidhi – T.M. Krishna

Sangita Kala Acharya: Prof. Parassala Ravi (V. Raveendran Nair) and Geetha Raja
TTK Award: Thiruvaiyyaru Brothers – S. Narasimhan & S. Venkatesan and H.K. Narasimhamurthy
Musicologist Award: Dr. margaret Bastin
Nritya Kalanidhi: Dr. Neena Prasad

The awards will be presented on the Sadas, which will be held on Jan. 1, 2025
